To prepare and carry out your booking, answer your questions and meet our legal duties, based on the contract, your consent and our legitimate interest. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep questions for up to 24 months after the last contact; bookings and invoices as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us operate (website hosting, email delivery, online payments), who process it on our instructions, and with the authorities when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to ervincfarku@gmail.com. You may complain to Albania's Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
